SUMMER FUN

 Where has the summer gone??? Every year it goes too fast! But I am ready to get into a scheduled routine.  This summer we took the kids to San Antonio and stayed with my wonderful Aunt Debbie and Uncle Ben, who so kindly took good care of us. We took the kids to Sea World. They had a blast and loved all the shows. Anthony got a tattoo as you can see below! He thought that was so cool. Of course my favorite was the Shamu shows. Did you know that Shamu was NEVER at the San Antonio park...we were so mislead when we were kids. 

  

After visiting San Antonio we headed to Bolivar where the family beach house is and stayed there for a week. It was nice to relax and take the kids to the beach. We also had a big family reunion while we were there. You can see our family wore red! In the picture below is Michelle and her newly born twins, our cousin Lauren and me and Avery in the middle. Robby helped in the kitchen...chopping meat. We all had a great time.

I wish I had taken more pictures this summer...I need to do that more. What is crazy is that I started this blog many years ago to keep my family and friends updated on all the fertility issues we were having and then we finally had our first child after many years of trying, Anthony Ellis DeSanto. He is so special to us and his family! And in two weeks he starts....

KINDERGARTEN

We are so blessed!!!

This has been a very busy last week of school. A lot has been going on getting ready for summer and wrapping up the school year. Last Thursday my little boy graduated pre-K. I'm so proud of him. He has learned a lot and is ready for Kindergarten! I think I'm more excited that he will be going to school with me everyday. Here are some pictures of graduation.

Tonight Anthony had a ballgame. He did good. Afterward I took some individual pictures of him (this year the team didn't have professional pictures for some reason).

The cute little girl you see with Anthony is his "girlfriend" Bradie. They are best friends and love each others company. They are in the same class at school and the same class at Cubbies.

 

Spring Activities 2014

Yesterday I decided to take the kids to the bluebonnets and take some pix! Every year I wait too long and then the bluebonnets are gone. They turned out so cute and I wanted to share them with you.

 

Anthony is on a new t-ball team this year, the Vipers. I have added some pictures of him playing. He seems to still enjoy playing baseball. And Avery is a gymnast now...thank goodness! I've been waiting for this day since she was born! She absolutely loves it!
